Delivery & collection
Local delivery and setup is £11.99 within Derby and the surrounding area, booked to a two-hour time slot. We deliver in our own van, so you deal with us rather than a courier.

Wall mounting
Available from £45 on televisions of 55 inches and above. The bracket is supplied and fitted and the cables concealed. Our fitter will assess the wall on arrival and will not fit a bracket where the wall will not safely take the weight; if that happens we deliver as normal and refund the mounting charge.
Click and collect
Free, and ready within one hour during opening hours. You will get an email and a text when it is on the counter.
Smaller items
Accessories and anything that fits in a parcel go by tracked courier at £4.95, arriving in two to three working days.
Access
Please tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow doorways or parking restrictions when you order. There is a box for it at checkout, and it goes straight to the driver.
