About Big Bargains

We have sold electronics in Derby since 2011. We buy ex-catalogue and clearance stock — last season's models, discontinued lines, and overstock — which is why our prices sit well below the big chains on the same panel and the same picture.

Ex-catalogue means unused and boxed, but not current. It also means no manufacturer guarantee, so we cover everything with our own warranty and deal with faults ourselves.

We deliver the large items in our own van, to a two-hour slot, and we will put it on the wall if you want it there. That is the part the big retailers are worst at, and the reason most of our customers come back.
